Our discovery was this. What tequila does well, Los Linderos does better.
The instinct for freedom, sensuality, and adventure finds greater fulfillment in tequila. The evidence was how many people were migrating to it, and how they were demanding better quality.
This path led us to the highlands of Jalisco, where authentic tequila is born. Here our visionary founder, Carr Scott, discovered the Vivanco family, five generations on this rich red soil and three generations distilling fine tequila in crafted batches.
Destilería el Ranchito is this sanctuary, devoted to harvesting the richest blue agave and transforming it into a few of the finest tequilas in the world. It was here, enveloped by the whispers of the wind and the embrace of the land, that Los Linderos was conceived. And our adventure had barely begun.

How the Juice is Made
At the heart of our craft lies an unwavering devotion to the finest ingredients and an exquisite distilling process, yielding a tequila that transcends fleeting trends and delivers an unparalleled experience in every glass.
The journey of Los Linderos begins with a profound respect for the earth. We lovingly cultivate the most mature agave plants from a single, pristine estate, shunning chemicals and pesticides to let nature’s purity shine.
The enchantment unfolds as we gently roast the agave for more hours than you can imagine, followed by additional hours of preparation and cooling in venerable brick ovens (our production and maturation methods are a proprietary process developed by Sergio Cruz specifically for Los Linderos), coaxing forth a symphony of flavors and a sweetness that is nothing short of sublime. Bathed in the lilting strains of Spanish classical music, the juice ferments for more than 190 hours, serenaded into relaxation. A meticulous double distillation in gleaming copper pots bestows a crisp, refined finish.
What emerges is no ordinary spirit, but a tequila crafted for true connoisseurs. Silky enough to savor neat, yet robust enough to elevate any cocktail, Los Linderos stands as a testament to the art of tequila-making – a vivid, unforgettable essence waiting to be enjoyed.
